Balzain East Elementary School located behind Don Domingo Public market along Macapagal Avenue. The youngest school but the number of enrollees are increasing every year. The melting pot of Tuguegarao City because of its location. The Elementary School with its dedicated faculty members has produced through the years ,number of graduates who have made themselves useful members of their communities. The School includes preparatory and complete elementary education.

The school aims to further enhance education by providing holistic and quality co-curricular program, projects and activities that will prepare the Filipino children towards global competition.
